Logistic Specialisit - Shipping/Customs Clerk (m/f/d)
We are looking for a dedicated logistics specialist (m/f/d) to handle our international shipping orders — with a sense of responsibility, technical skills, and a team-oriented spirit.
Your Responsibilities
- Processing and handling domestic and international shipping orders
- Preparing and issuing shipping and freight documents
- Obtaining quotes for freight shipments and packaging
- Reviewing freight invoices
- Conducting price negotiations
- Serving as a liaison to related departments
- General office duties
- Supporting our Logistics and Production Manager
- Completed commercial training, preferably in logistics, or comparable training, or several years of experience in logistics at a machinery/plant manufacturer
- Experience in customs clearance for freight shipments
- A hands-on approach, reliable and conscientious work ethic
- Experience using standard MS Office programs and an ERP system
- Technical interest, ability to work under pressure, and assertiveness
- Comprehensive and intensive onboarding in a varied and challenging field of work.
