Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building customer relationships and delivering outstanding service. Working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring the correct parts are sourced and supplied quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and identify customer parts requirements
- Provide exceptional service to trade, workshop and retail customers
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities
- Maintain and develop strong customer relationships
- Liaise with suppliers to source parts and manage availability
- Work closely with warehouse and service teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Assist with inventory enquiries and stock control activities
- Contribute to achieving branch sales and customer service targets
- Enjoy building relationships with customers
- Have strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Take pride in providing exceptional customer service
- Are organised, reliable and self-motivated
- Thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Have a willingness to learn and expand your technical knowledge
- Previous Parts Interpreter experience is highly regarded
- Experience within automotive, truck, agricultural, machinery, industrial or related industries will be highly regarded
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Good computer literacy and administration skills
- Current driver's licence
- Mechanical aptitude or an interest in vehicles and equipmen
