Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bike Rider role based in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. Bike Riders are responsible for safely transporting packages, documents, or goods to designated locations within scheduled timeframes. Day-to-day tasks include following assigned routes, confirming delivery details, obtaining required delivery confirmations, and maintaining clear communication with dispatch or supervisors. The role also involves basic vehicle checks, ensuring the bike is in good working condition, adhering to local traffic regulations, and representing S.I.T Agency professionally during all customer interactions.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong road safety awareness and a solid understanding of local traffic rules and regulations.
• Candidates should possess reliable navigation skills, including the ability to follow maps, GPS directions, and optimized delivery routes.
• Candidates should possess good time management and organizational skills to handle multiple deliveries efficiently.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills for coordinating with dispatch, supervisors, and customers.
• Candidates should possess the physical ability to ride a bike for extended periods and handle light to moderate lifting when needed.
• Candidates should possess a valid bike or motorcycle license as required by local regulations, with a clean driving record.
• Candidates should possess a customer-focused attitude, reliability, and a commitment to punctuality and professional conduct.
• Previous delivery or courier experience in an urban environment is beneficial but not mandatory; basic literacy and numeracy skills are preferred.
