Loading Dock Team Member

As a Loading Dock Team Member, you'll keep product moving in and out of our Bucksport facility accurately and on time-so production stays stocked and shipments leave right.

Key responsibilities include receiving and verifying inbound loads, staging and loading outbound orders, completing shipping/receiving paperwork with care, and helping maintain accurate inventory counts while following strict food safety and workplace safety rules.

Required Skills/qualifications

• Maintain access to a functioning Gmail account (schedules/updates sent via Gmail & Google Sheets)
• Previous forklift experience
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication
• Able to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced setting
• Stand/move for long periods; lift up to 40 lbs consistently
• Comfortable working in cold, wet, and hot conditions; able to perform physical tasks safely

A Typical Shift

You'll start by checking the day's plan and dock priorities, then settle into a steady rhythm of coordination with teammates as the pace picks up. Expect lots of movement, quick check-ins, and staying organized while working in temperature-controlled areas. Throughout the shift, you'll keep an eye on timing and accuracy, adapt when schedules change, and wrap up by making sure everything is set for the next crew-clean, safe, and ready to roll.
