Your Mission

The Shipping Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring Zellerfeld customers receive their products quickly, accurately, and in excellent condition. This role is responsible for preparing finished goods for shipment, executing shipping processes in our systems, and ensuring quality checks are completed before orders leave the facility.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and package orders, including labelling, wrapping, and boxing per procedure.
  • Ensure correct accessories (e.g., socks, inserts) are included per order specifications.
  • Generate customer cards, designer labels, and shipping documents using company systems (CloudUI, SendCloud).
  • Accurately apply shipping labels and customs documentation when required.
  • Maintain shipping supplies (boxes, tape, labels) and notify team lead when stock is low.
  • Place completed shipments on the correct conveyor or designated area for carrier pickup.
  • Follow all safety and quality protocols during the packing and shipping process.
  • Support continuous improvement by reporting errors, inefficiencies, or improvement ideas.

Your profile

  • Required: Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to follow detailed step-by-step instructions with accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer literacy (experience with shipping or ERP systems a plus).
  • Previous logistics, shipping, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
  • Physical ability to stand, lift, and move boxes during the shift.
  • Based in Hamburg or surroundings.
