The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing logistics operations, including transportation, inventory coordination, and warehouse activities. This role leads a team, ensures efficient supply chain processes, and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to achieve timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. The position also focuses on optimizing logistics operations, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
• 4–6 years of experience in logistics/supply chain with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, logistics, and supply chain principles.
• Experience in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments and working with carriers and freight forwarders.
• Familiarity with inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Experience in customs clearance procedures is required.
• Proficiency in logistics management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle operational challenges and meet deadlines.
