The Opportunity
Based at Visy’s Warwick Farm site and reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this hands-on role is responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse operations and inventory control. You’ll play a key part in maintaining accurate stock levels, ensuring smooth dispatch and receipting, and contributing to a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
The Role
- Picking and packing orders, pallet control and unloading containers (full pallet forklift)
- Booking transport and coordinating dispatch
- Conducting stocktakes, checking stock levels, managing back orders and invoicing
- Maintaining accurate inventory, shipping and receiving documentation
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe
- Ensuring adherence to safety, quality and OH&S standards at all times
- Forklift licence (essential)
- Previous warehouse experience (manufacturing environment highly regarded)
- RF scanner and basic systems knowledge (SAP advantageous)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- A proactive, common-sense approach and ability to work autonomously
