Warehouse Team Leader – Full Time – Rotating Shifts (06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00)

📍 London Gateway, Essex

We are looking for an individual who will help drive operational excellence within our large warehouse facility in the London Gateway Logistics Port.

🚛 What You’ll Do:

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will be required to perform the following as well as support the shift manager.

• Lead & motivate a team of around 7 warehouse operatives to hit targets with both accuracy and speed.
• Oversee all warehouse activities, from receiving & storage to picking, packing & dispatch.
• Keep inventory flawless with WMS & deliver regular performance reports.
• Champion health & safety and compliance to keep the workplace secure.
• Spot opportunities, solve problems, and make processes smoother & smarter.
• Drive team training, briefings, and performance reviews to boost skills & morale.

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

• A warehouse professional with at least 1-2 years’ experience in either a supervisory or team leader role.
• Strong leader with excellent communication & team motivation skills.
• WMS knowledge with forklift certification and safe equipment operation.
• Detail orientated multitasker who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
• Flexible, resilient, and safety first with the ability to work rotating shifts & possibly overtime.
• A problem solver and proactive doer with a can do attitude.
