About The Role
The Warehouse Lead supports daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory accuracy. This hands-on leadership role helps drive productivity, maintain safety standards, and support team performance in a fast-paced distribution environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support warehouse associates during assigned shifts
- Prioritize and assign tasks including picking, packing, loading, receiving, and replenishment
- Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts
- Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures
- Communicate shift updates and collaborate with supervisors
- 2+ years of warehouse or distribution experience
- Prior lead or senior associate experience preferred
- Familiarity with WMS and RF scanners
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
