Despatch Operative, Despatch Operative

We have an exciting opportunity for a Despatch Operative to join our team at the Bromborough site!

The successful candidate will be computer literate, possess good communication skills, and be a quick learner. This role involves manual handling duties, stock control, order preparation, and operating PPT trucks. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, prepare, and dispatch customer orders in line with company requirements.
• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Complete dispatch documentation and stock records accurately.
• Operate Counterbalance and Reach Trucks safely and in accordance with site procedures.
• Carry out stock checks and assist with inventory control.
• Ensure products are stored, handled, and dispatched in line with quality and food safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Report any stock discrepancies, equipment faults, or safety concerns promptly.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily operational targets.
