Pearse Partners are working with a large cap Infrastructure fund who are expanding their investment team in Huston and hiring a VP.
The successful candidate will support the assessment, execution, and management of Infrastructure investments across North America. Target sectors include core infrastructure, renewable energy and oil and gas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to analyze investment opportunities
- Assist in deal execution: due diligence, financial review, and preparation of investment materials
- Conduct market research on sectors, policy developments, competitors, and technology trends
- Support portfolio monitoring and performance analysis of existing investments
- Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience , M&A, infrastructure, or related asset classes; buy-side experience is a plus
- Strong financial modeling and cash flow analysis skills
- Familiarity with infrastructure due diligence and legal/financial documentation review
- Demonstrated skills in research, analytics, and report writing
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, economics, or a related field
