YOUR TASKS:

You lead and strategically develop our Project Logistics business in India, including:

• Taking full responsibility for revenue, profitability and P&L
• Identifying, securing and executing high-value project cargo opportunities
• Developing and implementing strategic growth initiatives across domestic and international markets
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, carriers, service providers and other key stakeholders
• Managing commercial performance and ensuring that agreed business targets are achieved
• Ensuring operational excellence, quality and compliance with industry standards
• Leading and developing the Project Logistics team
• Working closely with our international offices to create competitive and sustainable transport solutions
• Identifying market opportunities and transforming them into long-term business relationships

YOUR PROFILE:

• Degree in Engineering, Marine Studies or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in Project Logistics with a strong track record of success
• Proven ability to generate revenue and independently manage a P&L
• Deep knowledge of the project logistics industry and its operational and commercial requirements
• Established network of clients, carriers and industry partners
• Strong leadership, negotiation and decision-making skills
• High level of integrity, commitment and reliability
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to independently drive business growth
• Passion for logistics and enthusiasm for new challenges
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Additional certification in chartering is an advantage
