Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Transport products and materials throughout the facility manually and by using forklifts, overhead lifts/cranes, and push carts.
  • Maintain accurate records of all parts and materials moving to and from storage locations.
  • Count, weigh, and record quantities of materials and products handled.
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Load customer orders onto trailers according to specifications and shipping requirements while completing required documentation.
  • Unload, move, stack, stage, and organize products and materials by hand and with powered equipment.
  • Maintain inventory and material movement records in accordance with established procedures.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and operational standards while supporting continuous improvement efforts.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or demonstrated ability to read, write, and perform mathematical calculations at a high school level.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to safely lift, move, and carry materials weighing up to 70 pounds.
  • Ability to perform physical activities including reaching, stretching, bending, twisting, and carrying objects throughout the workday.
  • Ability to pass a forklift certification written exam and driving demonstration.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work safely in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
  • Ability to perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Associate degree in any field.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, shipping, receiving, or material handling operations.
  • Prior forklift certification or experience operating powered industrial vehicles.
  • Experience with inventory management, cycle counting, or warehouse management systems.
  • Experience working with shipping documentation and material tracking processes.
