Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) provides power circuits for systems found in cloud computing, telecom infrastructure, automotive, industrial and consumer applications.
MPS is seeking an energetic, efficient, self-motivated and resourceful team player to be a member of its Logistics staff supporting our activities in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Logistics Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory.
- Supplier Relations: Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Process Improvement: Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports on supply chain performance metrics.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Education: Formacion Professional (FP), Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- English is a must. Chinese proficiency is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience working with global or cross-functional teams.
- Background in tech hardware, electronics, or manufacturing sectors.
