Logistics Coordinator (H/M/X) - Barcelona

Responsibilities:

• Direct leadership and management of the operational logistics team.
• Coordination of end-to-end operations, from ocean imports to final customer delivery.
• Control of ocean freight, customs clearance, and reduction of port demurrage costs.
• Oversight of warehousing, order picking, and B2B/B2C deliveries across Iberia.
• Stock management, demand planning, and reverse logistics optimization.
• Control and monitoring of the logistics department budget.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles with proven team management experience.
• Proficiency in SAP (MM/SD modules) and fluent/advanced business English.
• Experience in international trade (containerized imports from Asia).
