The Logistic Coordinator will focus on Coordinate inbound shipments from port to warehouse in our collaborative team-based environment.
This is a day shift position, and the schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm with overtime when needed.
You Will
- Coordinate inbound shipments from port to warehouse
- Review incoming material orders/'pick tickets.'
- Monitor containers, delivery schedules, and transportation timelines
- Communicate with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse teams
- Ensure accurate receiving and inventory documentation
- Resolve shipment delays and logistics issues proactively
- Maintain compliance with shipping and safety procedures
- Support inventory control and warehouse operations
- Locate materials on shelves in the warehouse
- Place materials on the order picker, forklift, or pallet jack
- Deliver items to the loading area to be wrapped and put on a delivery truck
- Unload trucks
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
- Work in a collaborative, team environment
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or transportation coordination
- Knowledge Excel and ERP/system skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish must
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- A collaborative, team-focused approach
