Our Precast Division is a high-performing and profitable business unit, supporting customers across Ireland and the UK. With industry-leading expertise, supported by advanced manufacturing facilities, we produce and supply a comprehensive range of high-quality precast concrete products.

We are currently seeking an experienced Dispatch Yard Lead to join our Precast team based in Arthurstown, Co. Kildare.

Responsibilities:

Lead and support the shipping/logistics team.

Oversee the planning and coordination of product deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment within our SLA's.

Coordinate with internal departments to optimize the supply chain.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders and returns.

Maintain comprehensive records of shipping activities

Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Lead daily loading, storage and dispatching activities.

Take a proactive lead on health and safety within the location.

Skills Required:

Proven experience in shipping, dispatch or a related field.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices

Knowledge of slinging and good lifting practices

Experience Driving Machinery (Preferred But Not Necessary)
