Space Control Coordinator

Location: Cairo Office

Job Grade: Coordinator / Specialist Level

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Sales to maximize loadability - TEU per sailing, and on-time update of data and feedback to improve vessel utilisation,follow up and manage the bookings are successfully assigned / canceled before cut off and/or rolled on future vessels.
• Ensure SPC dashboard on time update to allow clarity for all department.
• Update shall be mentioned inside the DASHBOARD comment section).
• Follow up with Internal departments such Customer Service, Operations, Sales.
• Ensure bookings are in balance with EQP flow & that vessels are not overbooked while we are lack of Equipment or no space available.
• Ensure the allocations on all current services are fully met with sales & trade.
• Ensure Equipment distribution and allotment among various services is balanced.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in the shipping field is essential.
• Soft Skills: Fluent in English, verbal and in writing, strong analytical skills, System and communication skill
