Your future role

- You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
- You'll ensure the seamless execution of customs and transportation activities, optimizing site operations and shipments while maintaining compliance with processes and regulations.
- Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Global Transportation team, Indirect Procurement, Site logistics teams), lead governance with transportation service providers, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- You’ll specifically take care of planning and executing transportation and logistics flows, including customs activities, but also managing relationships with key strategic providers and supporting strategic programs and projects.
- Documenting and maintaining the site transportation plan, ensuring alignment with global strategies.
- Ensuring material readiness for dispatch and monitoring shipment statuses.
- Managing compliance with regulatory and legal requirements for imports and exports.
- Participating in supplier performance and business reviews.
- Driving process improvements and harmonization across sites.
- Analyzing performance data and proposing action plans
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5-8 Years relevant experience.
- Experience or understanding of transportation management and customs regulations
- Knowledge of international trade practices and Incoterms
- Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and KPIs
- A certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
