Part-Time Panel Recruiter & Support (KL Based)

About the Role We are seeking a proactive and reliable Part-Time Panel Recruiter & Support to assist with participant recruitment and panel management activities for market research projects in Singapore. This role combines participant recruitment, telephone interviewing, and panel support responsibilities. The successful candidate will support Digital Audience Measurement (DAM) recruitment initiatives, annual panel maintenance projects, as well as other operational tasks assigned by the Panel Management team. The role offers flexible working arrangements and is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, conducting interviews, and supporting research operations.

Key Responsibilities

A. Participant Recruitment (Digital Audience Measurement Panel)

• Conduct telephone recruitment of eligible participants for digital audience measurement studies.
• Explain study objectives, participation requirements, and participant incentive schemes using provided recruitment materials.
• Answer participant questions and address concerns professionally.
• Guide participants through registration and profiling surveys.
• Assist participants with downloading and installing the research application on their devices.
• Ensure participant information is accurately captured and submitted.
• Provide daily updates on successful recruitment cases.

B. CATI Interviewing & Panel Update Activities

• Conduct telephone interviews for annual panel maintenance and profiling projects, including but not limited to:

o TAM Panel Update exercises – Annually: April

o Project Coincidental Checks (iCC) – Annually: July

o Other panel-related projects/ tasks as required

• Verify and update respondent information.

• Follow project briefing instructions and quality control procedures.

• Meet project productivity and quality standards.

C. General Panel Management Support

• Support respondent follow-up and communication activities.
• Assist with panel administration and operational tasks.
• Update project records and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide assistance on ad-hoc panel management projects when required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable conducting telephone recruitment and interviews.
• Fluent in English & Mandarin (conversational); proficiency in Malay is an advantage.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with smartphones, mobile applications, and online surveys.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks responsibly.
• Previous experience in market research, CATI interviewing, customer service, client service, telemarketing, fieldwork, sales, or panel management is advantageous.

Working Arrangement

• Flexible part-time schedule.
• Required to attend project briefings at the Kuala Lumpur office when assigned.
• For CATI projects, attendance at the office may be required during project briefing and the first 1-3 days of project launch.
• Remote work arrangements may be available thereafter, depending on project requirements.
• Workload will vary based on project schedules throughout the year.
