*** This position will be based in our Shared Service Center in Bucharest/Ploiesti.


We are looking for a Logistic Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for Support the European business processes with Local & Central European Logistics services, including transportation, warehousing, customs, inventories and controls, and Value-Added Logistics & Services (VAL, VAS), in line with the European Logistics Strategy, in order to plan inbound logistic volumes to increase consolidation and improve outbound direct delivery services.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as 1st line support for questions related to logistic inquiries from our subsidiaries;
  • Performs multiple administrative tasks related to inbound, outbound and cross dock operations;
  • Checking and following-up of (actual and theoretical) stock;
  • Creating purchase, stock & 3rd party orders;
  • Administration and planning of subcontracting orders;
  • Monitoring and expediting ordered materials to ensure on time delivery to our subsidiaries and customers within Europe;
  • Handling complaints and claims regarding orders and shipments;
  • All transactions are processed in our SAP system, and you are directly reporting to the Manager Logistics.


About You


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree studies in International Relations, Logistics or related,
  • Previous experience in a logistics & warehouse environment is a plus,
  • SAP knowledge is also a plus.
  • High English skills are required as the role involves international exposure.
