Shipping Team Leader

About the Role:

Join Foxway's Operations team as a Shipping Team Leader, based at our site in Buftea, Ilfov.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience coordinating people or operations who is ready to take the next step in their leadership career. Our Team Leader structure is still growing, giving you the opportunity to help shape the way we work while developing your own leadership skills.

In this role, you'll coordinate the team's daily shipping and order management activities, ensuring smooth operations, timely deliveries, and high-quality service. You'll work closely with colleagues across Operations to solve day-to-day challenges, improve processes, and support the team's success.

What you will do:

• Coordinate the daily work and priorities of the Shipping team.
• Ensure efficient order management and shipping workflows that support production and customer deliveries.
• Support the team in resolving operational issues and removing obstacles.
• Help create and improve operational processes and ways of working.
• Collaborate closely with Spare Parts, Logistics, Procurement, Quality Control and other Team Leaders.
• Monitor operational performance and support the team in achieving service level targets.
• Handle administrative responsibilities such as work planning and timesheet management.
• Coach and support team members in their daily work through regular feedback and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Support the implementation of new operational processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Experience coordinating people, daily operations or workflows within logistics, warehouse, shipping, supply chain or a similar operational environment.
• Some experience supporting, coaching or guiding colleagues, either as a Team Leader, Shift Leader, Coordinator, Senior Specialist or in a similar role.
• A hands-on approach and willingness to support your team whenever needed.
• The ability to stay organized and make sound decisions in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Analytical skills to monitor performance and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Experience working with ERP systems or order management platforms, as well as good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• A university degree in Business, Operations, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• English language proficiency at intermediate level (B1/B2) or above.
• Ability to work on-site in Buftea.
