Role: SCM D365FO Consultant
Location: Lund, Sweden
Work Setting: Hybrid (2-3 days from the office)
Contract Duration: 12 months to start with.
Note: Should have a valid work visa for Sweden.
We are seeking a highly skilled D365FO Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) with a focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. This role involves working closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes using D365FO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in D365FO SCM implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, and deployment.
- Configure and customize SCM modules such as Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory & Warehouse Management, Product Information Management, and Transportation Management.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend best practices to optimize supply chain processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams including Finance, Manufacturing, and IT to ensure seamless integration.
- Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with technical teams for system customizations and integrations.
- Stay updated with latest D365FO updates and supply chain trends to enhance solution offerings.
- Work on Master planning and Production control modules extensively
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) with expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory, warehouse, demand planning, logistics, and production control processes.
- Experience in end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and upgrades of D365FO SCM.
- Understanding of Power Platform, Power BI, and integrations with third-party systems.
- Ability to translate business requirements into D365FO solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with global clients and multi-country implementations.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, LCS (Lifecycle Services), and Agile methodologies.
- Understanding of finance and manufacturing modules in D365FO
