Salary: £25,000

We're recruiting a Customs Brokerage Agent (Imports) to join a busy and supportive team.

• In this role, you'll be responsible for processing import customs clearances, ensuring timely and accurate documentation, maintaining excellent customer service, and supporting the smooth movement of freight.
• Receiving and reviewing shipping and customs documentation.
• Deliver exceptional Customer Service, ensuring needs are understood and met
• Ensuring the timely and accurate movement of import freight.
• Liaising with customers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve customs queries.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, great attention to detail, good IT skills, and an interest in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
