Customs Transport Coordinator - Eastern Europe

YOUR ROLE

Support customs and transport operations across Romania, Ukraine, and Bulgaria. Coordinate with customs brokers and local teams, manage import/export and transit procedures, review customs documentation, and ensure compliance with customs regulations. Provide operational support during project execution and facilitate communication with internal stakeholders and authorities.

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customs, transport, logistics, or freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures, customs documentation, and trade compliance.
• Experience working with customs brokers, forwarding companies, or industrial projects.
• Understanding of EU-East customs regulations and international trade terminology.
• Fluent in English and Ukrainian or Russian (Romanian is a plus).
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Able to work effectively in international and cross-functional teams.
