Quickparts is seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Technician to play a critical role in ensuring that our manufactured parts are processed, inspected, packaged, and shipped accurately and on time. This position is key to upholding our high quality and compliance standards, achieving customer satisfaction through meticulous documentation, communication, and reporting.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Shipment Preparation & Handling

• Box parts and prepare packages for shipment per established procedures.
• Complete daily shipping reports and maintain all related documentation.

Inspection & Quality Assurance

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of parts prior to packaging.
• Use computer software to accurately ship, track, and route orders.

Communication & Coordination

• Answer emails and address shipment-related inquiries, providing regular updates to management.
• Collaborate with management to resolve any shipping issues and maintain shipping supplies.

Workplace Organization

• Maintain clean and safe work areas to ensure an efficient and compliant environment.

🎯 Qualifications

• 1+ year of related experience in shipping, receiving, or fulfillment operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with MS Office, UPS, and FedEx shipping programs.
• Ability to handle objects up to 50 pounds while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with basic measuring tools and forklift operation a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to handle confidential information.
