Customs Officer (Export)

Work location: Pakkret Nonthaburi and Nikom Ladkrabang

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full export customs process for factory products, equipment, and raw materials.
• Review customs declaration documents and coordinate with customs brokers to ensure timely customs declaration, inspection, and cargo release.
• Maintain accurate inbound, outbound, and inventory records, ensuring consistency between physical stock and customs records, and support customs inspections.
• Classify HS Codes accurately and handle customs-related issues, including HS Code disputes, declaration discrepancies, supplementary documentation, tax payments, and corrective actions.
• Manage logistics expense reimbursement and settlement.
• Monitor updates to Thai customs regulations and Free Trade Agreement (FTA) policies related to origin, and communicate relevant changes within the organization.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external government authorities to ensure compliance with Thai customs regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Customs Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in import/export customs operations, customs declaration, or Free Zone operations in Thailand.
• Strong knowledge of Thai Customs regulations, customs procedures, and HS Code classification.
• Experience with Free Zone/BOI operations will be an advantage.
• Good command of English, with the ability to review import/export documentation and communicate effectively in a business environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to handle customs-related issues independently.
• Registered Customs Broker certification is an advantage.
