Responsibilities QA BCBA Job Description: - Competitive Pay. Remote schedule. Make a difference and love doing it. - We are a small, employee-centric organization driven by our collective commitment to ABA excellence. Qualifications A day in the life: - Onboard and train new BCBAs - Review reports and revised changes on reports that are completed by BCBAs - Review goals and programming for specific clients - Address any issues with session notes that are flagged by QA note reviewers - Be available for clinical or technical help for BCBAs Benefits What you will bring: - Currently a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or sitting for your BCBA exam within one month. - LBA (if applicable) - Willing to have a background check - Excellent writing and verbal communication. - Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
