With a strong track record of student success and a growing market presence, they are seeking a results-oriented Education Sales Consultant to drive enrolment growth and strengthen their brand reputation. About the Job This role is focused on converting qualified leads into enrolments through a professional, consultative sales approach. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from initial consultation to final sign-up—while ensuring a positive and informative experience for prospective students and their families. This is a performance-driven position with a clear career pathway and a transparent, uncapped earning structure. Key Responsibilities - Manage and respond to inbound sales enquiries in a timely and professional manner. - Conduct face-to-face and virtual consultations to assess student needs and recommend suitable programmes. - Achieve monthly enrolment targets and maintain a high conversion rate. - Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using the company's CRM system. - Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure alignment on programme offerings and messaging. - Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management. Key Requirements - Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of sales or client advisory experience, preferably in the education, language training, or professional services sectors. - Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage. Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities. - Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. A professional demeanour with a strong customer-service orientation. - Technical: Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. What they Offer - Base Salary: HK$30,000 per month (guaranteed). - Commission: Uncapped commission structure with clear, performance-based tiers. - Career Development: Clear progression pathway to Senior Consultant and Team Lead roles.
