Customs & Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/w/d) – Automotive

• Support vehicle registration activities and documentation, including prototype vehicle registration in close collaboration with authorities and external service providers.
• Maintain and organise vehicle-related documentation (registration status, import records, vehicle files)
• Support various workshop facilities related tasks (insurance, personal training, access control, ...)
• Monitor and track process status (registration, customs, logistics) and proactively escalate delays or issues.
• Support and coordinate customs and vehicle import processes, from initial contact with freight forwarder to on-site support at custom offices.
• Support budget planning and cost tracking for workshop operations. Initiate purchase orders and good received process.
• Support continuous improvement of administrative processes and workflows (e.g. SharePoint, tracking tools)
• Provide general administrative support to workshop and fleet operations
• Degree or vocational training in Business Administration, Logistics, Automotive or similar
• 2–5 years of experience in administrative / logistics / automotive environment
• Experience in vehicle registration and/or customs/import processes (automotive prototypes preferred)
• Basic understanding of financial processes (budget tracking, invoice handling)
• Strong organisational skills and structured, detail oriented working style
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint. Experience of SAP is a plus.
• Fluent English as well as good level of German.
