Logistic Operator

We are looking for a Logistic Operator

📍 Office in Miami, AutoPAQ LLC

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Employment Type: W-2

Key responsibilities include:

• Verify vehicle condition and keys upon arrival (upload photos to the system)
• Coordinate port entry and take photos
• Send notifications through the system
• Handle documents and vehicle titles (receiving and shipping)
• Maintain basic office organization
• Record vehicle arrivals for social media
• Strong writing skills and good phone communication

Requirements:

• English proficiency
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn
• Valid driver's license
