Quantum Frontline Industries (QFI) is a newly established German-Ukrainian defense joint venture between Quantum Systems and Frontline Robotics, created under the Build with Ukraine initiative. For the first time, Ukrainian drones will be manufactured on an industrial scale in Europe, combining Ukrainian battlefield-proven technology with German industrial automation to create a new model of cross-border defense co-production: the German Model.

As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be responsible for organizing, receiving, storing, and issuing materials and goods in the warehouse. Your role ensures smooth inventory management and accurate documentation to support production and shipping processes. You will work closely with stakeholders from Production planning, Flight Test, to ensure seamless production processes and deliver exceptional products.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

  • Organize, receive, store, and issue materials and goods in the warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory movements.
  • Ensure proper documentation for supply requests and product write-offs.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks, identify defects, and manage product disposal.
  • Participate in the preparation and packaging of finished goods for shipment.

What you bring to the team:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar warehouse or inventory management role.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, issuing, and storage procedures.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with labeling, defect identification, and packaging principles.
  • Experience with modern ERP systems and warehouse equipment is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in Excel and basic computer skills.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and responsibility.
  • Professional skills of communication in English or German
    • Ukrainian language as a significant plus
