About The Role
As Manual PM Supervisor at our Auckland Distribution Centre, you will lead and manage manual put away, picking, and storage operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety. You will coach your team to meet operational targets and uphold high standards while working closely across departments to support continuous improvement and excellent service.
Specific Duties Include
- Manage and enforce correct manual processes for put away, picking, and storage.
- Lead the manual operations team, managing performance, resourcing, and exception reduction.
- Complete support tasks accurately and on time, including contributing to team meetings and improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and maintain strong working relationships.
- Uphold strict health, safety, and compliance standards, including OHS participation, incident reporting, and regulatory adherence.
- Maintain presentation of manual storage areas and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Proven leadership experience in warehouse manual operations.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
- Ability to manage workflows, data accuracy, and timely completion of tasks.
- Solid knowledge of health, safety, and relevant legislative requirements.
- A commitment to building collaborative relationships and supporting continuous improvement.
