AWS Infrastructure is seeking a talented, driven, and highly analytical Brokerage Operations Manager with proven experience in driving process improvement and managing complex customs brokerage challenges.
The successful candidate will have a track record of enhancing operational efficiency and driving tangible results in a fast-paced environment.
The position is based Dublin.
Key job responsibilities
- Oversee import/export brokerage operations, planning, and execution for existing programs.
- Monitor and drive customs broker performance to ensure timely and accurate customs clearance across all lanes.
- Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Manage trade planning and execution for new program launches.
- Identify and resolve complex customs brokerage challenges to minimize shipment delays
- Drive country compliance research activities with vendors
- Conduct trend analyses to identify bottlenecks and develop solutions.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience in MS Office including Excel
- 3+ years of direct experience in customs brokerage and/or trade compliance operations
- Ability to multi-task complex and competing priorities with high quality output
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Procurement, Logistics, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Analysis, Construction, or other related fields
