AWS Infrastructure is seeking a talented, driven, and highly analytical Brokerage Operations Manager with proven experience in driving process improvement and managing complex customs brokerage challenges.

The successful candidate will have a track record of enhancing operational efficiency and driving tangible results in a fast-paced environment.

The position is based Dublin.

Key job responsibilities

• Oversee import/export brokerage operations, planning, and execution for existing programs.
• Monitor and drive customs broker performance to ensure timely and accurate customs clearance across all lanes.
• Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
• Manage trade planning and execution for new program launches.
• Identify and resolve complex customs brokerage challenges to minimize shipment delays
• Drive country compliance research activities with vendors
• Conduct trend analyses to identify bottlenecks and develop solutions.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience in MS Office including Excel
• 3+ years of direct experience in customs brokerage and/or trade compliance operations
• Ability to multi-task complex and competing priorities with high quality output
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Procurement, Logistics, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Analysis, Construction, or other related fields
