Role Summary

We are looking for high-potential junior talents or fresh graduates to join our logistics operations team.

This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about working in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will gain exposure to end-to-end logistics operations and build strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily logistics operations (shipment tracking, status updates, exception follow-up)
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively flag risks or delays
• Handle inquiries from stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain operational records
• Follow standard procedures to ensure compliance and service quality
• Work closely with team members and support cross-team coordination
• Learn to identify and escalate operational issues when needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline; Logistics/Supply Chain is a plus)
• Background in logistics(sea/air)/supply chain or international exposure is a plus (not required).
• Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience
• Basic English communication skills (written & reading)
