- Prepare and process shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading, packing lists, invoices)
- Handle quotation, pricing, and rate negotiation with international agents and Freight partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and freight forwarders.
- Knowledgeable on the Process of Freight Forwarding process.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers
- Track, trace, and ensure timely delivery of shipments, addressing any service concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with customs and shipping regulations
- Maintain regular communication with clients and overseas agents regarding shipment updates and requirements.
- Assist in resolving delivery issues or delays
- Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration, logistics, supply chain management.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- 1 year of Experience in logistics or freight operations is an advantage
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of shipping procedures and documentation
- Computer literacy (MS Office, logistics software)
- Willing to work at Aseana 2 Paranaque City.
