This role will play a key part in the coordination of international freight operations, ensuring smooth communication between customers, shipping lines, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will contribute to the establishment and growth of the company's new Spanish branch while delivering excellent operational servic

Your Main Responsibilit

  Manage end-to-end import and export operations, primarily within maritime frei
• ght.Coordinate bookings and shipments with shipping lines, agents, and logistics partn
• ers.Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing operational support and shipment upda
• tes.Prepare, review, and manage all required shipping and customs documentat
• ion.Monitor shipments and proactively resolve operational issues or del
• ays.Support the development and implementation of operational processes within the new Barcelona off

ice.
Key Require

• ments
  Minimum 3 years of experience in an operational role within a freight forwarder, shipping line, NVOCC, or international logistics co
• mpany.Strong understanding of international import/export processes and maritime transport
• ation.Experience managing shipments from booking through final del
• ivery.Fluent Turkish and English are mand
• atory.Knowledge of the Spanish logistics and freight forwarding m
