Demand Product Owner

The primary responsibility the Demand Product Owner is to own and continuously improve the internal tools, processes, and standards that support Demand Planning across the organization. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business needs and practical solutions, working closely with key stakeholders to develop and implement improvements, drive the adoption of new products and ways of working, and ensure that the Demand Planning process remains efficient and fit for current business needs. The role will also play an important part in building Demand Planning capabilities across the organization through expert support, training, and knowledge sharing.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Maintain and regularly update existing internal tools and solutions, ensuring their reliability, availability, and usability for Demand Planning teams and other stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of existing Demand Planning tools, identify improvement opportunities, and prioritize the development of existing tools and solutions to meet evolving business needs.
• Develop and maintain the Demand Planning process and its standards, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and ensure that ways of working remain relevant to current business needs. Keep the Demand Planning Playbook up to date, including new guidance, recommendations, and best practices.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, align priorities, and ensure that tools and process improvements deliver value to the business.
• Translate business needs into practical solutions, defining requirements and working with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement new tools, features, and process improvements.
• Drive the adoption of new tools, products, and ways of working, supporting users through implementation and ensuring that new solutions are effectively integrated into the planning process.
• Act as a Demand Planning ambassador, supporting other functions in understanding and adopting the planning process. Provide expert support, develop and deliver training programs to strengthen Demand Planning capabilities across the organization.
• Continuously develop own skills and expertise in Demand Planning, digital tools, and process improvement, and contribute to the development of the Product Owner community.

What are we looking for?

• Proven track record of 3–5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, preferably in Demand Planning or Supply Planning.
• Experience in Project Management and/or Digital Technologies is a strong advantage, particularly direct involvement in developing, implementing, or improving digital solutions and business processes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain management, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with digital and data analytics tools, including Power BI, Power Apps, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint. Previous experience developing, maintaining, or improving solutions based on these technologies is expected.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions and actionable insights.
• Strong interest in Demand Planning and willingness to grow professionally within the Supply Chain, with a proactive mindset toward continuous improvement.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English, both spoken and written, with strong business communication skills.
