Supply Planning Manager (Senior Position)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Planning Manager to oversee product availability across our regional market cluster. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end supply planning and replenishment process, bridging the gap between demand forecasts and manufacturing capacity across a diverse network of factories.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Market Availability & Service Level Management:
- Ensure Product Availability: Own the On-Time, In-Full (OTIF) and Service Level targets for all product lines across CEA cluster;
- Network & Replenishment Planning: Manage primary supply flows from multiple manufacturing sites to local market distribution centers;
- Shortage Mitigation: Anticipate supply disruptions, stock-outs, or allocation limits. Lead cross-functional task forces (Commercial, Logistics, S&OP) to prioritize allocations and mitigate customer impact.
Factory Interface & S&OP Collaboration:
- Capacity & Supply Alignment: Act as the primary interface to manufacturing sites. Translate market consensus demand into rolling supply plans and review factory supply commitments;
- Supply Reviews: Lead periodic Supply Review step of S&OP process for the cluster, highlighting supply constraints, lead-time changes, and capacity bottlenecks;
- Vendor & Factory SLA Management: Track and improve factory performance metrics, including adherence to plan, dispatch timeliness, and order line fill rates.
Cluster Inventory Optimization:
- Working Capital Strategy: Set and maintain optimal safety stock, reorder points, and target stock levels across all cluster warehouses to balance cost and availability;
- Inventory Health: Actively monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and near-expiry inventory. Implement liquidations or promotional strategies with Commercial teams to minimize write-offs;
- Deployment & Balanced Allocation: Direct product allocation strategies during supply shortages across different markets.
Continuous Improvement & Systems:
- Process Optimization: Refine replenishment parameters (minimum order quantities, lead times, safety stocks) in Planning Systems;
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner closely with Demand Planning, Logistics, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless product launches, phase-ins/phase-outs, and seasonal spikes.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree ins Supply Chain management, Logistics, BA, IE;
- 5 years supply chain experience;
- Strong analytical skill;
- Exceptional stakeholder management, conflict management, negotiation skill.
