The Clearance & Banking Officer (Outdoor) is responsible for handling outdoor customs clearance activities, banking transactions, and coordination with customs authorities, shipping lines, and external agencies. The role ensures smooth container release, timely payments, renewal of company documents, and compliance with government regulations. This position requires strong knowledge of customs procedures, shipping operations, and banking processes, along with the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks efficiently in the field.

Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in clearance, banking, or logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of customs procedures and shipping line requirements.
- Good understanding of banking and financial transaction processes.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage outdoor tasks efficiently.
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working with ports, airports, and customs offices.
- Experience in freight forwarding or logistics companies.
- Experience handling government and banking documentation.
- Follow up on import and export clearance processes at ports, airports, and customs offices.
- Coordinate with customs authorities to ensure timely container and cargo release Qualify the customer needs.
- Handle document submissions, payments, and clearance approvals.
- Support the logistics team in resolving clearance-related issues.
- Process payments to shipping lines, customs authorities, and service providers.
- Handle deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions on behalf of the company.
- Submit and collect documents from banks related to trade and freight operations.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions.
- Collect, submit, and verify shipping orders, bills of lading, and trade documents.
- Renew company licenses, permits, and registrations as required.
- Maintain proper filing of clearance and banking documents.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and government regulations.
- Coordinate with customs authorities, shipping lines, and external agencies to ensure smooth clearance operations
- Provide timely follow-ups on clearance status, payments, and document processing
- Support internal teams by resolving clearance and banking-related issues efficiently
- Ensure a reliable and professional experience throughout customs and banking procedures
