- Stay updated on industry developments and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a port or shipping company.
- Strong knowledge of port operations, vessel handling, and cargo handling procedures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. – Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
