Pay Rate: $25–$28/hour
Contract: 12-Month Rolling Contract

About the Role
We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to support our client, a general contractor working in the data center construction space.
This person will work directly with the warehouse team to make sure our client's materials and equipment are received, scanned, tracked, and stored correctly. We need someone who is organized, pays attention to the details, and can help prevent materials from going missing, being entered incorrectly, or ending up in the wrong location.
You'll be our client's point person in the warehouse, helping make sure their materials are accounted for and any issues are caught and addressed quickly.
What You'll Do
- Work alongside the warehouse management team to track incoming and outgoing materials.
- Make sure deliveries are received, scanned, and recorded correctly.
- Use an RF scanner to scan and track materials throughout the warehouse.
- Enter and update material information in the supply chain/inventory system.
- Verify quantities, part numbers, labels, and shipment information.
- Keep track of where materials are located within the warehouse.
- Make sure our client's products are properly identified and stored.
- Help identify missing, damaged, misplaced, or incorrectly received materials.
- Research inventory discrepancies and work with the warehouse team to get them corrected.
- Perform inventory checks and assist with cycle counts as needed.
- Communicate with the warehouse team when something doesn't look right or doesn't match the system.
- Follow up on open issues to make sure they are resolved.
- Communicate material or inventory issues to the appropriate project team.
- Help make sure materials are available and ready when they are needed for the project.
- Maintain basic records related to receiving, inventory, and material movement.
What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, logistics, or material handling experience.
- Experience using an RF scanner is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable using computers and learning a supply chain or inventory tracking system.
- Good attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies.
- Able to stay organized and keep track of multiple materials and shipments.
- Comfortable asking questions and speaking up when something doesn't look right.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with different warehouse and project team members.
- Reliable and able to work independently.
- Construction, electrical, mechanical, or data center experience is a plus, but not required.
Schedule & Pay
- $25–$28/hour.
- 12-month rolling contract.
- On-site warehouse position.
- Potential for contract extensions based on project needs and performance.
