Our extensive industrial product supply is supported by around 30,000 suppliers, and our platform features over 84 million SKUs. Currently, JD Industrials is focusing on overseas business, providing one stop procurement solutions for industrial products. Our operations span Southeast Asia,Europe, the Middle East, and South America.

Responsibilities:

• Customs Process Optimization and Operations Management: Analyze pain points in import and export customs clearance processes, introduce digitalization and AI technologies to improve operational efficiency, establish standardized operating procedures, ensure the quality of customs data management, guarantee smooth basic operational processes, shorten customs clearance time, and enhance the timeliness of each operational step.
• Customs System and Knowledge Development: Build a global customs knowledge system and digital compliance framework, improve import and export customs standards in regions such as Southeast Asia, Japan, South Korea, and Australia, develop a customs knowledge base, clarify HS CODE classification rules and decision-making processes, and provide professional support and standardized references for customs operations.
• Risk Prevention and Emergency Response: Establish a customs risk management mechanism, monitor changes in customs policies in real time across countries, assess potential risks and develop response plans; assist in handling customs emergencies to ensure the safety and timely delivery of goods, and safeguard business continuity and efficient operations.
• External Collaboration and Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with external entities such as customs authorities, customs brokers, and freight forwarders, and maintain smooth information communication; coordinate resources to resolve issues during customs clearance, optimize collaboration processes, and improve customs operation efficiency and service quality.
• Policy Research and Strategy Adjustment: Continuously monitor global customs policies and industry standards, analyze their impact on company operations, and promptly adjust customs strategies and operational processes to ensure that import and export activities comply with regulatory requirements and mitigate compliance risks.
