Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Shipping & Logistics role based in Yangon. The position is responsible for coordinating daily shipping and receiving activities, including checking incoming and outgoing goods, verifying documentation, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping. Tasks include packing and labeling orders, preparing shipments, loading and unloading materials, and operating warehouse equipment as needed. The role also involves monitoring inventory levels, assisting with stock counts, and maintaining organized storage areas. Team members are expected to follow safety procedures, collaborate with colleagues, and communicate with internal teams and external partners to support smooth logistics operations.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Shipping & Receiving and Shipping, including handling documentation and coordinating inbound and outbound goods.
  • Ability to perform Packing tasks accurately, ensuring goods are properly labeled, secured, and prepared for transport.
  • Experience with Forklift Operation or other warehouse equipment, with a commitment to safe material handling.
  • Knowledge of Inventory Control practices, including stock monitoring, cycle counting, and basic recordkeeping.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
  • Basic computer literacy for using inventory or warehouse management systems.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution is preferred; relevant vocational training or certification in logistics or warehouse operations is an advantage.
