【Job Description工作內容】
Participate in the development of 5G / 6G / Wi-Fi communication and sensing-based positioning technologies, including:
1. Design and implement 5G / Wi-Fi positioning and sensing algorithms, covering both AI-based and conventional approaches.
2. Conduct performance evaluation, simulation, and result analysis for positioning algorithms.
3. Participate in software development and system integration for 5G / 6G / Wi-Fi communication and sensing-based positioning applications.
4. Study and analyze 3GPP, IEEE, and O-RAN specifications, and translate standards into implementable technical solutions.
參與5G/6G/WiFi通訊與感知定位技術開發,工作內容包含以下:
1. 研發與實作 5G / Wi-Fi 定位與感知演算法,涵蓋 AI-based 與傳統方法。
2. 進行定位演算法之效能評估、模擬驗證與結果分析。
3. 執行 5G / 6G / Wi-Fi 通訊與感知定位應用系統之軟體開發與整合。
4. 研讀並解析 3GPP、IEEE 與 O-RAN 通訊規範,轉化為可實作之技術方案。
【Job Requirements資格條件】
1. Master’s degree or above in Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
2. Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, Go, C, C++, or MATLAB.
3. Experience in research or system development, with the ability to independently analyze technical problems, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
4. Solid understanding of 5G / Wi-Fi wireless communication fundamentals, including positioning or sensing-related technologies.
5. Background in positioning or signal processing algorithms, capable of designing and analyzing both AI-based and conventional methods.
6. Ability to read and understand 3GPP, IEEE, or O-RAN specifications, and translate standards into implementable system or algorithm designs.
7. Experience in communication system development, integration, or verification is a plus.
8. Experience with Wi-Fi positioning, Wi-Fi sensing, 5G NR positioning, or 6G / ISAC technologies is a plus.
9. Experience applying AI / Machine Learning to communication or positioning systems is a plus.
1. 碩士(含)以上, 通訊工程、電機工程、電子工程、資訊工程或相關科系畢。
2. 熟悉以下語言(一項或多項):Python/Go/C/C++/Matlab 語言。
3. 具研究或系統開發經驗,能獨立進行技術分析、問題定位與解決
4. 具備以下專業知識(至少一項,多項更佳):
- 5G / Wi-Fi 無線通訊基本原理,熟悉定位或感知(Sensing)相關技術概念
- 定位或訊號處理演算法基礎,可進行 AI-based 或傳統演算法之設計與分析
- 能閱讀並理解 3GPP、IEEE 或 O-RAN 通訊規範,並將規範內容轉換為系統或演算法設計
- 具通訊系統開發、整合或驗證相關經驗尤佳
《加分條件》
- 具 Wi-Fi 定位、Wi-Fi Sensing、5G NR 定位或 6G / ISAC 相關經驗
- 具 AI / Machine Learning 應用於通訊或定位之系統開發或驗證經驗
