The debt collection industry runs on billions in unpaid invoices and the personal finances of millions of people, and it's still held together by manual processes and brittle systems. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and improve the voice agents at the center of the product: their reasoning, how they hold a conversation, latency, and reliability

• Figure out what a voice agent can actually pull off in a high-stakes, heavily regulated setting, then push past it

• Build the evals, guardrails, and feedback loops that make the agents better with every call

• Work across the stack, from LLM orchestration to real-time audio to payment logic

• Keep that sub-0.01% fail rate honest, and keep driving it down

WHO YOU ARE

• An exceptional engineer who has actually shipped AI and LLM systems to production

• A solid full-stack foundation (TypeScript)

• You care about rigor: evals, measurement, latency budgets, and the long tail of edge cases that everyone else ignores

• You want to do the best technical work of your career, not manage people

• Excellent written and spoken English

NICE TO HAVE

• Voice, speech, or real-time audio experience

• A research or applied-ML background

• You've built agentic systems that held up under real load
