Generative AI Engineer

We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join a product focused technology company building AI powered solutions that are transforming how professionals work within a major Norwegian industry.

This is an opportunity to join a new product team, take ownership of AI initiatives and help shape the future direction of an innovative platform built on unique datasets.

What you'll be doing

Must haves:

• Strong experience with AI, LLMs and Natural Language Processing
• Hands on experience with prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents and AI orchestration
• Experience evaluating and improving AI performance and quality
• Knowledge of AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, Vertex AI or Anthropic
• Experience working in agile product teams
• Fluent in Norwegian, Swedish or Danish

Nice to have:

• Software engineering and cloud platform experience
• Experience building and scaling production systems
