Documentation Specialist - 360 Photo, DSLR Camera, Video, Webcam, UAV

Position Summary

Multivista is seeking a Documentation Specialist to join our Raleigh, NC team. This field-based position is responsible for documenting construction projects through progress photography, 360° imagery, UAV, video, and laser scanning. The Documentation Specialist creates accurate visual records that support owners, architects, engineers, and contractors throughout the construction lifecycle. The candidate may also assist in the installation and troubleshooting of timelapse and live streaming webcams. This is a great entry to mid level job for those interested in construction technology, photography, UAV operations and 3D/laser scanning, and webcam services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled site visits to document construction progress.
• Capture high-quality DSLR photography, 360° imagery, drone imagery, and video.
• Operate UAVs and other reality capture equipment in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards.
• Assist with laser scanning and other reality capture technologies as needed.
• Upload, organize, and verify project documentation within the Multivista platform.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure documentation milestones are completed on schedule.
• Maintain a professional presence while following all site safety requirements.

Qualifications

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate a plus but not required
• Experience operating drones for commercial photography or construction documentation.
• Proficiency with DSLR cameras, 360° cameras, and video captures
• Ability to walk construction sites daily
• Experience with construction documentation, photography, surveying, or reality capture is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on active construction sites.
• Proficient with computers and cloud-based software.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Raleigh region.
• Ability to drive to and from several job sites per day and manage their own schedule and daily tasks
