Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain advanced web-based features using the Django framework (Netbox ecosystem), modern frontend technologies, and SQL based database to improve the user experience for RFP solution design.
- Implement embedding pipelines and vector database architectures (RAG) to ingest and index historical RFP data, allowing for the automated retrieval of past design patterns and technical constraints.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Eletrical Engineering, or other related engineering fields. Individuals with other backgrounds will also be considered if sufficient knowledge demonstrated in the topics listed below.
- Professional proficiency in Python and the Django framework. Past experience with the Netbox platform is highly desirable.
- Strong experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (e.g. React, Vue, and/or Angular).
- Proven experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD automation (e.g. GitLab CI)
- A fundamental understanding of datacenter concepts, including Clos architectures, optical transceivers, data hall layout, and other essential datacenter terminologies
- Resourcefulness problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt them to daily operations
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities with cross-functional teams
- Experience developing MCP servers or similar agentic frameworks to expose software tools to LLMs
- Proficiency with embedding models and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, or FAISS) for implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Knowledge of optimization mathematics or experience implementing heuristic search algorithms
- Familiarity with hardware specifications for GPU clusters (GPU servers, high-radix switches, optical cabling, datacenter power solutions, and liquid-cooling infrastructures
