As a PLC / SCADA Programmer,you’llwork closely with engineers, project managers, field technicians, and clients to deliver reliable, high-quality automation solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Program PLC logic and SCADA/HMI applications accurately and on schedule
- Develop control logic, HMI screens, alarms, and system functionality
- Assistwith on-site system start-ups, commissioning, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to meet scope, budget, and schedule
- Support the development of internal programming standards and reusable libraries
- Communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and stakeholders on project needs
- Contribute to department initiatives, marketing efforts, and continuous improvement
- Perform other duties as assigned

WhatWe’reLooking For
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of PLC/SCADA programming experience inwater/wastewater processes
- Strong understanding of industrial control systems and panel design
- Working knowledge of field instruments and electro-mechanical devices
- Ability to program using ladder logic, structured text, and VB scripting
- Ability to read and interpret PLC wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and control narratives
- Experience performing on-site troubleshooting with team support
- Comfortable learning new software platforms independently
- Solid understanding of modern computer systems and industrial networks
